The Hunter “693” was flown by the Number 2 of formation of five IrAF fighter-bombers to attack the Kfar Sirkin airfield (later renamed Petah Tikva), in eastern suburbs of Tel Aviv, on the late morning of 5 June 1967. Each of five Hunters was armed with 24 3-In unguided rockets and a full load of ammo for four ADEN cannons calibre 30mm. The Iraqi pilots claimed destruction of three Israeli C-47 Dakotas and Noratlasses during this raid.
